Food and Beverage Server, Seasonal Part-Time

Food and Beverage Server serves guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and mixed drinks as well as information regarding preparation methods.  This position will communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel’s point-of-sales system.  They will coordinate food timings and check completed kitchen orders with the guest’s original order.  They will be responsible for delivering and clearing guest food as well as assisting with any guest needs throughout service.  They will accurately close guest checks and process cash and credit card payments.  This position may be asked to server in any our outlets including; The Remedy, Flame and Banquets.  They may also be asked to help out in Room Service and Bean and Gone as needed.

Food and Beverage Server skills and qualifications needed: Experience serving in a high end restaurant setting required.  Previous experience in lounge or hotel restaurant setting preferred. 

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, weekends, and holidays.  Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
