À propos de vous
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in hotel operations, hospitality management, resort operations, or a related field managing physical operations and teams
- Strong understanding of quality control, shift management, vendor coordination, and operational reporting
- Experience building or improving operational systems — checklists, SOPs, reporting templates, tracking dashboards
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you give clear direction remotely and in writing without ambiguity
- Proficiency with project management tools — Asana experience is a strong plus
- Detail-oriented with a documentation bias — if it is not written down and tracked it does not exist
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where you are writing the playbook, not following one
- Open to relocating to Houston, TX within 6-12 months as the role transitions to on-site
Preferred:
- Experience in short-term rental operations, vacation rental management, or multi-unit residential operations
- Familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, or similar booking platforms
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams across multiple locations
- Background in roles that required building operational systems from scratch
The right person thinks like this:
- Untracked work is incomplete work
- Policy is the fairest way to hold people accountable
- Proactive communication is non-negotiable — you do not wait to be asked for an update
- Consistency builds trust faster than authority
- A structured operation is a scalable operation
- Langue requise: Anglais. Espagnol est un plus
L'entreprise
We are a creative, experienced, results-driven property management company that focuses in short term rentals.
What is a STR? These are properties that are rented for a short period of time (overnights, days, weeks) - Airbnbs are the most common.
We manage these Airbnbs, from initial set-up to design to ongoing property management.
