• Assist in the day-to-day operation of the bar.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items offered on the menu.
• Prepare and serve drinks & beverages according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Adhere to and ensure that all standards of service are met, in line with the F&B Standard Operating Procedures and Hotel Policies & Regulations.
• Deliver excellent, friendly, and professional guest service at all times.
• Address all guests and staff in a polite, professional and courteous manner promoting a welcoming and respectful environment.
