- Taking table reservations, making recommendations and assisting the Maîtres d'hôtel with seating arrangements
- Personally welcoming and farewell our guests, while providing them with attentive service
- Recognising guests' needs, recording individual wishes and coordinating them accordingly
- Being present as a contact person and providing support in the Guest Relations Department
- Maintaining guest profiles and preferences, and forwarding relevant information internally

À propos de vous
- Ideally, completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry
- A communicative, warm and enthusiastic host personality
- Strong team spirit, discretion, flexibility and sense of responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a fine sense for individual guest needs
- Very good French, German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- A prudent, resilient way of working and the ability to keep an overview even in busy situations
- Langues requises: Français et Anglais. Allemand et Suisse allemand sont un plus
