🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs in line with hotel quality standards.

• Handle guest requests and inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction at all times.

• Assist in managing and updating reservations using the Property Management System (PMS).

• Support the resolution of incidents and contribute to an excellent guest experience.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and memorable stay for our guests.

• Perform front desk administrative tasks, including correspondence management and daily reports.

🎓 Requirements:

• Current student or recent graduate in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related fields.

• Advanced level of Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and customer-oriented mindset.

• Basic knowledge of hotel management systems and computer tools such as Excel.

• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong teamwork skills.
