The intern will be integrated into the Concierge team and will have the opportunity to gain first-hand experience with the dynamics of guest reception and personalized assistance. The internship will focus on developing interpersonal, organizational, and operational skills, all essential for delivering excellent service.

Throughout the internship, the candidate will assist the Concierge staff in daily activities, supporting the organization of tailor-made services for guests such as restaurant bookings, transfers, tours, events, and local activities. They will also help manage pre- and post-stay requests via phone and email, contributing to the creation of a personalized and memorable guest experience.


The intern will have the opportunity to interact with an international clientele, enhancing their intercultural sensitivity, active listening, and problem-solving skills. They will use the hotel's management software and digital tools, gaining familiarity with the operational procedures and service standards of a high-end hospitality environment.

The goal of the internship is to train a professional capable of welcoming, assisting, and delighting guests, anticipating their needs and enhancing every moment of their stay.


Shifts:

Full-time internship (40 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off) with the following possible shifts:

  • 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break)
  • 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break)
  • 10:00 AM – 06:30 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break)
  • 03:00 PM – 11:30 PM (with a 30-minute dinner break)

Students or recent graduates in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields

Excellent command of Italian and English; additional languages will be considered a plus

Service-oriented attitude, empathy, and attention to detail

Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn in a professional and international environment
