Chef in an à la carte restaurant of a five-star hotel


A five-star hotel announces a competition for the position of CHEF for our à la carte restaurant.


Responsibilities:

• Development and updating of the restaurant menu;

• Organization of uninterrupted kitchen operation;

• Quality control of dishes and serving;

• Training and motivation of the kitchen team;

• Compliance with hotel standards and requirements

À propos de vous

We are looking for a professional who:

• has experience as a chef for at least 3 years (in the fine dining or signature cuisine segment);

• possesses modern culinary techniques and follows gastronomic trends;

• has skills in creating a seasonal menu, food costing and managing a team of chefs;

• strives to develop gastronomic culture and create unique culinary experiences for guests.

• has a creative approach and ideas

  • Langue requise: Anglais. Slovène est un plus
