Position Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Trainee at our esteemed wedding venue, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, learning the ropes of sales and marketing strategies tailored specifically for the wedding industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the success and growth of our venue.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:
Assist in generating leads through various channels such as online inquiries, referrals, and networking events.
Learn to conduct venue tours for prospective clients, showcasing our facilities and services.
Aid in negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Marketing Assistance:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns targeting engaged couples.
Contribute ideas for content creation, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
Assist in monitoring and analyzing marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Customer Relationship Management:
Learn to build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the wedding planning process.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.

  • Accommodation in shared rooms in an independent house
  • 2 meals daily (lunch and dinner) 40 hours per week with 2 days off Accommodation in shared rooms in an independent house in the center of Bisbal d'Empordà, close to all types of services. house completely independent of the hotel, with wifi, 2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms. Bed linen, towels and kitchen utensils are provided. Bicycle is provided to travel to the hotel. Each student will have a bicycle and will be responsible for it use and conservation. In case of a breakdown, the hotel's maintenance department will make the necessary repairs.

À propos de vous

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for the wedding industry.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Langue requise: Espagnol. Anglais est un plus

L'entreprise

A beautiful castle surrounded by Olivefields in one of the most beautiful areas of Catalonia, the Baix Emporda. An autèntic Castell of the s. The Drac restaurant offers Mediterranean dishes made with locally sourced products. Food and drinks are also served on the covered terrace with magnificent views of the countryside.

The hotel provides car and bicycle rental, and the surrounding area is suitable for hiking. It also has a 24-hour reception, ensuring complete freedom of movement.
