Venez rejoindre notre équipe au sein de l’hôtel Novotel Angers Lac de Maine en tant que stagiaire au service Reception. Vous travaillerez dans l’hôtel d’Angers disposant de 79 Chambres ainsi que 13 salles de séminaire entièrement rénovées.

Durée du stage 2 mois.

- Prise de réservations téléphoniques

- Accompagner et renseigner un client tout au long de son séjour

- Attribution d’une chambre en fonction des préférences clients

- Arrivées client

- Participation à la fidélisation client

- Départ client et facturation

- Caisse

- Établir un planning femmes de chambres

- Vérification conformité chambre avant arrivée client
