Are you passionate about hospitality and love creating memorable guest experiences? We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and service-driven F&B Host to join our dynamic restaurant team!

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet all restaurant guests with warmth and professionalism
Escort guests to their tables, ensuring booking preferences are met
Handle initial guest needs before passing service to Waiters or Captains
Answer telephone inquiries and manage reservations efficiently and courteously
Have full knowledge of the menu, wine list, and promotions to discreetly upsell
Coordinate and support waiting staff during service
Maintain up-to-date menu inserts and table settings
Communicate guest preferences and special booking requirements to supervisors
Use guest history to personalize service and enhance return visits
