AS RESTAURANT COMMIS
You assist the Maître d'hôtel and Chef de Rang during the service.
You are responsible for the maintenance of the equipment and the cleanliness of the office.
You make the connection between the kitchen and the room to send dishes on trays.
You remove the brackets from the trays.
You respond to cooks call to remove trays.
You are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
You reserve a warm and personalized welcome to the guests.
You offer attentive service.

Ideally from a hotel formation, you have a significant experience in a position and similar institution.
You have an excellent presentation and a good relationship.
You are motivated, have a keen sense of organization and teamwork.
Professional English is recommended.
