L'Hôtel Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris, Palace entièrement rénové par Philippe Starck, est composé de 149 chambres et suites dont 3 appartements privés, d’un Spa Clarins & myBlend, de quatre restaurants : Matsuhisa Paris, dédié à la gastronomie péruvo-japonaise par le Chef Nobu, Il Carpaccio, italien étoilé en partenariat avec Da Vittorio***, La Cuisine connu pour ses petits déjeuners et brunchs d’exception, et Le Bar Long proposant une carte internationale tout au long de la journée, d’innovants cocktails et de délicieux tapas. L’hôtel est connu comme le plus parisien et contemporain des Palaces à travers : une Art Concierge – une salle de cinéma - une galerie d’Art - un concept store La Librairie des Arts.

Description du posteMission principale :
Garantir la maintenance générale des installations techniques de l’hôtel pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des chambres, espaces communs, cuisines et installations spécifiques à l’hôtellerie haut de gamme.
Activités principales :
- Réalisation de travaux de maintenance curative et préventive en électricité, plomberie, serrurerie, peinture, menuiserie.
- Diagnostic de pannes et interventions rapides dans les chambres et zones techniques.
- Suivi des équipements hôteliers : éclairage, sanitaires, équipements client, etc.
- Appui aux autres corps de métiers techniques (CVC, cuisine, etc.).
- Gestion des petits travaux et remises en état.
- Participation aux astreintes et interventions d’urgence.
- Bonne polyvalence technique (second œuvre).
- Autonomie, réactivité, sens du détail et du service client.
- Bonne condition physique, présentation soignée.
- CAP/BEP à Bac Pro en maintenance des bâtiments ou équivalent.
- Expérience souhaitée dans un établissement de standing ou en hôtellerie.
