As a Hostess/ Host - Café Causette in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for:
- Handle restaurant reservations and enquiries
- Meet and greet guests in a professional manner
- Maintain and update daily record and statistics and file all relevant memorandums and correspondence properly
- Perform other administrative tasks such as typing menus, drafting letters and facsimiles of confirmation
- Prepare restaurant seating plans and allocate tables
- Assist Waiters/Waitresses for certain tasks during the service
Requirements:
- Formal training from VTC/ IVE/ Technical Institute
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in hotel
- Excellent command of English and Cantonese
- Initiative and Good Customer Service Skills
