We are looking for an IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Portugal and contribute to the reliability, security and smooth operation of our IT environment across our hospitality operations.
The Role
The successful candidate will support and maintain our IT systems and infrastructure, including networks, systems, hardware, security and communications, while providing effective technical support to users and hotel teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain IT systems, networks and infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, security, connectivity and backups.
- Install, configure and maintain IT hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within agreed SLAs.
- Provide day-to-day IT support to users and hotel teams.
- Support IT security, system updates and infrastructure improvements.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers when required.
- Maintain accurate IT and network documentation.
- Support IT projects and business requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in IT, systems, infrastructure or technical support.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues.
- Knowledge of IT security and infrastructure best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, flexible and willing to learn.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
