Please refer to your DS 7002 training plan that the Omni Austin, your host organization has offered you. This is a training opportunity and not a work program. Your training will help give you hands-on experience in U.S. business practices in your chosen occupational field or field of study.

During your training program while placed at the Omni Austin, participants will go through an Introduction to the hospitality business in the engineering department and area cultural activities to experience during duration of plan; Room Preventive Maintenance (RPM team); Engineering Mechanic Apprentice; Advanced Engineering processes and central plant assessment; Engineering leadership and management (Trainees).

$16/hour
The Omni Austin will offer 14 days stay at the Omni Austin upon participants arrival. IAfter 14-days, participants are required to move into their participant arrnaged housing location. Please review housing leads prior to arrival and please make arrangements to secure an apartment lease during your first two-weeks in the United States.
