Your day to day  

• Supervise all employees within the Laundry Department
• Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance. 
• Ensure that all items laundered and dry cleaned within the hotel's laundry are finished to the highest standard achievable and returned to the guests or staff in immaculate condition.
• Organise movement of dirty and clean laundry and of guest valet service
• Maintain and order supplies and equipment in a timely and efficient manner while minimising waste and maintaining “green” initiatives (example: container recycling, and cleaning agents).
