Résumé du poste
L’Agent d’Etages Runner (H/F) assure un service de qualité pour satisfaire la clientèle et n’hésite pas à aller au-delà des attentes du client pour répondre à tous ses besoins.
Il aura pour missions principales de:
- Répondre rapidement à chaque demande venant de « At your service/ business center » et/ou du service Housekeeping et dans le délai convenu.
- Réception et livraisons des fax et autres objets.
- Inventaire et stockage des fournitures “At your service”.
- Maintenir en bon état les fournitures et équipements et tenir informé le centre « At your service » de la disponibilité de l’équipement destiné aux clients.
- S’assurer que cet équipement est prêt pour une livraison immédiatement assurer la livraison selon les procédures en vigueur.
- Inventaire et localisation de tous les produits de l’accueil.
- Suivre chaque demande venant de la direction et des services d’accueil.
- Savoir effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
- Offrir un accueil excellent.
- Apprécier l’esprit d’équipe.
- Avoir une tenue soignée.
