Résumé du poste
Premier contact avec la clientèle, le Bagagiste est porteur de l’image de marque de l’établissement et garant du bon séjour des clients. Il accueille activement et spontanément le client lors de son arrivée, prend en charge ses bagages et l’accompagne en chambre en lui fournissant des renseignements utiles pour son séjour. Il assure la satisfaction des clients tout au long de leur séjour en les guidant, leur fournissant des informations et peut être amené à réaliser des courses à l’extérieur. Le Bagagiste assure la prise en charge des clients lors de leur départ en s’occupant de leurs bagages et de leur fournir le moyen de transport nécessaire.
Il aura pour missions principales de :
Satisfaction clients et qualité
- Accueillir de manière active et spontanée les clients,
- Maintenir une présence dans le hall afin de diriger ou escorter les clients,
- Prendre en charge les bagages des clients à leur arrivée et les monter en chambre,
- Accompagner les clients à leur chambre et expliquer les commodités de la chambre ( systèmes de télévision, téléphone, climatisation, internet etc..),
- Présenter et promouvoir l’établissement et les différents services (points de restauration, At your service, Fitness etc..), les différentes marques existant chez Marriott et tous les produits qui s’y rapportent,
- Assurer la permanence du service « consigne bagages » en appliquant les procédures en vigueur (remise de tickets, rangement etc..)
