Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field marketing and direct promotional activities across targeted locations in Dubai.
• Promote the restaurant through flyer distribution, voucher campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
• Visit offices, residential communities, hotels, travel agencies, shopping areas, and nearby businesses for partnership development.
• Generate corporate dining opportunities, catering leads, birthday/event bookings, and bulk meal partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and strategic business partners.
• Support outdoor promotional campaigns, brand activations, and community engagement initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities and local market trends within the hospitality sector.
• Coordinate with restaurant management to achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
• Maintain daily activity reports, lead tracking, and marketing performance updates.
• Support social media campaigns and customer engagement initiatives when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, food & beverage, or field sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.
• Good understanding of Dubai market dynamics and local business areas.
• Ability to work independently and achieve assigned sales and promotion targets.
• Energetic, confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Bengali language skills will be considered an advantage.
• A UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media marketing is preferred.
