Cc Balloon Ops - X

The Balloon Operator is responsible to deliver industry-leading hospitality standards in the tours and excursions experience on the Destination. This position engages with Guests and drives a positive working environment with a focus on customer service and safety in all activities. The Balloon Operator conducts flights that take place multiple times per hour during Call Day (weather permitting), commencing with a test flight for safety checks. This role controls the Guest entry to the attraction to ensure the safety or security of the Guests and Team Members is not compromised. The Balloon Operator also specializes in guiding activities such as Zipline, Kayak, Wave Jet, etc., and assists with training and developing Shore Excursions Team Members. The role focuses on Guest safety, responds to any type of emergency, and performs lifesaving procedures. This position requires excellent Guest engagement, concentration, attention to detail, and knowledge of products and services.
