Delight our guests by ensuring that our Front Desk, Suite, Concierge, and Documentation teams provide warm and engaging customer service at every touch point. As Guest Relations Director, your goal is to effectively prepare the Guest Relations teams (and train other departments as needed) to anticipate the needs of our guests and quickly address their concerns. You will succeed in this role if you have superior communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and can inspire your team to go above and beyond their roles to keep our guests happy. We want you to champion our onboard service program if you have extensive guest services management experience in large upscale cruise ships, hotels, or resorts. Fluency in other languages (including French, German, and Spanish) is a key advantage!
