Per l'ampliamento della nostra brigata, ricerchiamo un Commis de Partie dinamico e desideroso di apprendere. La figura affiancherà lo Chef de Partie nella gestione quotidiana della linea, contribuendo alla preparazione dei piatti e al mantenimento dell'ordine in cucina.
AMBITO DI APPLICAZIONE Fornire supporto operativo ed esecutivo durante le fasi di preparazione e servizio, eseguendo le direttive dei diretti superiori e assicurando la corretta lavorazione delle materie prime.
OBIETTIVI GENERALI Il compito è svolto in modo soddisfacente quando:
- La postazione di lavoro è preparata correttamente e in tempo utile per l'inizio del servizio.
- Le indicazioni dello Chef de Partie vengono seguite con rapidità e precisione.
- Gli standard di pulizia e sicurezza alimentare (HACCP) sono sempre rispettati.
PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ
- Supporto Operativo: Lavaggio, taglio, mondatura di verdure e preparazione delle basi (fondi, salse, marinature).
- Servizio: Assistenza al Capo Partita durante la fase di impiattamento e spasso.
- Logistica: Sistemazione delle merci in arrivo all'interno delle celle frigorifere e del magazzino.
- Igiene: Pulizia costante del piano di lavoro, dei macchinari e supporto nel riordino di fine turno.
REQUISITI:
- Esperienza: Esperienza minima (1 anno) o stage concluso con successo in contesti strutturati.
- Formazione: Diploma alberghiero o qualifica professionale equipollente.
- Soft Skills: Umiltà, forte motivazione all'apprendimento, rapidità di esecuzione e resistenza fisica.
