Ricerchiamo un Housekeeping Supervisor attento e metodico. La figura affiancherà l'Executive Housekeeper nel coordinamento del personale ai piani, garantendo il mantenimento degli elevati standard di qualità e pulizia richiesti da una struttura di lusso.
AMBITO DI APPLICAZIONE Supervisionare il lavoro degli Housekeeping Attendant, ispezionare le camere e le aree comuni, e gestire il flusso di comunicazione con la Reception per l'assegnazione delle stanze pronte.
OBIETTIVI GENERALI Il compito è svolto in modo soddisfacente quando:
- I controlli qualità (Room Check) validano positivamente il lavoro svolto, azzerando i reclami degli ospiti.
- Il rilascio delle camere pulite al Front Office avviene nei tempi prestabiliti.
- Il personale di piano è guidato, formato e motivato in modo efficace.
PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ
- Controllo Qualità: Ispezione minuziosa di camere, suite e corridoi per verificare la perfezione della pulizia e dell'allestimento.
- Coordinamento: Assegnazione dei carichi di lavoro giornalieri agli Attendant in base alle partenze e agli arrivi.
- Gestione Inventario: Controllo delle scorte di biancheria, amenities e prodotti per la pulizia, segnalando le necessità di riordino.
- Formazione: Affiancamento dei nuovi assunti per garantire l'apprendimento degli standard operativi aziendali.
- Comunicazione: Interfaccia continua con la Manutenzione per interventi rapidi e con il Front Office per lo status delle camere.
REQUISITI:
- Esperienza: Almeno 2 anni di esperienza pregressa nel reparto Housekeeping di strutture a 4/5 stelle, preferibilmente con un ruolo di coordinamento o come Room Checker.
- Competenze: Ottima capacità di organizzazione del lavoro e occhio clinico per i dettagli.
- Lingue: Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese di base.
- Soft Skills: Leadership, problem solving, ottime doti relazionali e capacità di lavorare sotto pressione.
