Per i ristoranti del nostro prestigioso Hotel San Clemente Palace a Venezia, ricerchiamo 3 Maitre appassionati e carismatici. Le figure avranno il compito di dirigere e coordinare il servizio di sala, assicurando che gli standard d'eccellenza della struttura vengano mantenuti e offrendo un'esperienza gastronomica di altissimo livello alla nostra clientela internazionale.
AMBITO DI APPLICAZIONE Organizzare, supervisionare e gestire il servizio di sala in totale autonomia, fungendo da anello di congiunzione tra l'ospite, la brigata di sala e la cucina.
OBIETTIVI GENERALI Il compito è svolto in modo soddisfacente quando:
- L'andamento del servizio risulta fluido, tempestivo e impeccabile.
- Gli ospiti ricevono un'accoglienza calorosa, personalizzata e professionale (Guest Relations).
- La brigata di sala è motivata, ben formata e coordinata in modo efficiente.
- La comunicazione e la sintonia con l'Executive Chef e la brigata di cucina sono ottimali.
PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ
- Gestione Sala: Supervisionare l'intero andamento del servizio, coordinando l'attività degli Chef de Rang, dei Commis e del Sommelier.
- Accoglienza e PR: Accogliere gli ospiti, gestire le prenotazioni, assegnare strategicamente i tavoli e curare attivamente le relazioni con la clientela.
- Leadership e Formazione: Motivare, addestrare e valutare lo staff di sala, promuovendo la crescita professionale e garantendo il rispetto degli standard.
- Controllo Operativo: Interfacciarsi con il Management per la pianificazione dei turni, l'allineamento sui menu, la gestione di eventuali criticità e il monitoraggio dei costi di reparto.
REQUISITI:
- Esperienza: Esperienza consolidata di almeno 3-5 anni nel ruolo di Maitre o Assistant Maitre all'interno di hotel 5 stelle o ristoranti fine dining.
- Competenze Tecniche: Profonda cultura enogastronomica, eccellenti doti di organizzazione dei turni e del lavoro di squadra.
- Lingue: Ottima padronanza della lingua italiana e della lingua inglese. La conoscenza di una terza lingua rappresenta un importante valore aggiunto.
- Soft Skills: Eccellente standing, leadership naturale, spiccate doti comunicative e capacità di problem solving in situazioni di stress.
