Deliver seamless transportation and operational support within an ultra-luxury private residence environment.
Seasons Collection is seeking reliable, professional, and service-focused Drivers to join our Niseko residences for the upcoming winter season. This role will cover both guest-facing chauffeur responsibilities and utility driving support across the operation, with final placement determined during the selection process.
This role is ideally suited to candidates eligible for a Japan Working Holiday Visa, offering a unique opportunity to combine luxury hospitality experience with a seasonal lifestyle in one of the world’s premier ski destinations.

The Role
As a Driver within Seasons Collection, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth movement of guests, team members, supplies, and day-to-day operational requirements across both residences.
Depending on final placement, your responsibilities may include luxury guest transfers, airport collections, private chauffeur service, or operational driving support including deliveries, stock movement, supplier collections, and general logistics.
Regardless of assignment, professionalism, presentation, discretion, and safety are essential at all times.
Some snow clearing assistance and exterior maintenance around the property may also be required at times.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven driving experience in hospitality, luxury service, private residences, hotels, or similar environments
- Confident and safe driver with strong awareness of road conditions, particularly in winter and snow environments
- Professional presentation and guest-facing confidence for chauffeur responsibilities
- Strong sense of discretion, confidentiality, and service standards
- Ability to support operational logistics including deliveries, stock collection, and supply movement
- Fluent English spoken and written is essential, with strong guest interaction skills
- Japanese language is not required, but is welcomed
- Calm, reliable, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, high-performing team
- Valid driver’s licence required; international driving eligibility for Japan essential where applicable
Working Holiday Visa Eligibility
- Candidates must be eligible for a Japan Working Holiday Visa
- Typically available to applicants aged 18–30 (depending on passport country) – applicants should confirm Working Holiday Visa eligibility based on their passport country
- Applicants must apply for the visa from their home country prior to arrival

Practical Details
- Location: Niseko, Japan
- Seasonal engagement: November 1 to March 31, 2027
- Compensation: ¥325,000 – ¥375,000 per month (depending on experience and final placement)
