Seasons Collection is seeking an exceptional Residence Operations Manager to oversee the full day-to-day operation of our ultra-luxury private residences in Niseko for the upcoming winter season.

This role is responsible for ensuring flawless guest experiences across every touchpoint, from arrival to departure, dining to housekeeping, concierge to transport, creating seamless, highly personalised stays for our guests.

This is not a traditional hotel role. It requires a hands-on leader with strong luxury hospitality instincts, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage both operations and service excellence within the privacy of a home.

The Role

As Residence Operations Manager, you will lead the daily operation of the residence and oversee the full guest journey.

You will coordinate hosts, housekeeping, drivers, concierge, dining flow, special requests, and all in-residence experiences to ensure every stay feels effortless and exceptional.

You will be the operational leader on the ground, maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership experience in luxury hospitality operations
• Background in private chalets, luxury villas, boutique hotels, or ultra-luxury hotels
• Exceptional guest relations skills and understanding of UHNW guest expectations
• Experience leading teams across hosts, housekeeping, drivers, and guest services
• Calm under pressure, highly organised, and naturally detail-focused
• Professional presence, strong communication, and high emotional intelligence
• Working rights for Japan or Working Holiday Visa eligibility preferred
