We are hiring Cluster Executive Chef

As a Cluster Executive Chef, we rely on you to:

  • This role will be based at the China World Summit Wing, Beijing and will be responsible for the culinary brigade of both the China World Summit Wing, Beijing and Hotel Jen Beijing, including outlets kitchen and banquet kitchen.


  • Ensure operational efficiency, drive quality standards whilst ensuring a high level of staff engagement.


  • Create and develop menus and recipes for regular rotation with the culinary leaders in each outlet.


  • Build collaborative relationships with suppliers to ensure the best price and quality is achieved when purchasing food.


  • Maintain the highest food quality and sanitation standards.


  • Ensure the ultimate guest experience in the hotel.


  • Drive high standards of food preparation in order to increase profitability of the hotel.


  • Enforce the implementation of food safety programs throughout the entire division.


We are looking for someone who:

  • From Europe, America or Asia, for PRC candidates prefer to have overseas working experience.


  • Preferably with a background in fine dining or Michelin style restaurant.


  • Has minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel brand with large Banquet operation experience.


  • Has good organizational skills. Enjoys interacting with people and being challenged.


  • Detail-minded, creative and has the ability to drive and lead change.
