We are looking for a Commis I/II/III- Bakery Kitchen / Cold Kitchen / Ming Pavilion Kitchenbased at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Commis I/II/III, we rely on you to:

  • Prepare the food with high quality and consistency
  • Ensure the hygiene standards are achieved according to the HACCP & ISO22000 requirements
  • 根據酒店的食物安全標準預備食材及烹調食物
  • 維持廚房的衛生水平


We are looking for someone who has:

  • Basic knowledge of HACCP & ISO22000
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in similar capacity
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • 基本食物安全及衞生知識
  • 一至三年相關經驗
  • 良好的團隊合作精神與溝通技巧
