DUTIES
Complete responsibility for directing, training, supervising, planning, coordinating, of all areas within the culinary department including any projects requested by the Hotel Manager / Resident Manager of the hotel; ensuring a quality product for our guests, and secure profit margins while maintaining the image of the Company at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years Executive Chef experience in a 5-star international hotel in Asia
- Basic Chinese Cuisine Understanding
- Preferably Western kitchen background with International Cuisine Exposure
- Ability to lead the team and build rapport with others.
- Highly adaptable to local culture with effective people skills
- Ability to coach and train staff
