DUTIES

Complete responsibility for directing, training, supervising, planning, coordinating, of all areas within the culinary department including any projects requested by the Hotel Manager / Resident Manager of the hotel; ensuring a quality product for our guests, and secure profit margins while maintaining the image of the Company at all times.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years Executive Chef experience in a 5-star international hotel in Asia
  • Basic Chinese Cuisine Understanding
  • Preferably Western kitchen background with International Cuisine Exposure
  • Ability to lead the team and build rapport with others.
  • Highly adaptable to local culture with effective people skills
  • Ability to coach and train staff
