We are currently looking for a Manager / Assistant Manager, Human Resources (Shared Services) to join our Human Resources team based in Hong Kong.

As a Manager/ Assistant Manager, Human Resources (Shared Services), we rely on you to:

  • Provide operational support to HR Shared Service team across the entire employee lifecyle and other shared service transactions including on/off boarding logistics and formalities
  • Manage the generation of employment contracts and company letters for employees in the HK corporate office
  • Maintain HR databases to ensure correct recording of all staff and employment related information as required
  • Assist the HR Shared Services team with the administration of HR systems and process as required
  • Assist with preparation of HR metric data reports, e.g., headcount, turnover, leave liabilities, etc., as required
  • Manage and administering annual leave entitlement database, and annual leave carried forward processes
  • In conjunction with other members of the HR team, provide advice on the interpretation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Support work permit and manage mobility cases for expatriates and secondment staff
  • Support employees and their families during the relocation process, providing assistance with housing, schooling, healthcare, and other relocation-related matters
  • Handle HR related enquiries from internal and external parties
  • Coordinate and maintain the HR personnel filing systems.
  • Participate in HR/transformation projects as assigned, i.e. flu vaccination, continual improvement and standardisation of HR operations and systems.


We are looking for someone who has/is:

  • University degree in the Human Resources preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager role
  • Attend to details and good analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills (written/oral) in Chinese & English
  • Team player with good communication skills, resourceful, process-driven
  • Efficient in follow-throughs
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and HRIS
