As a Manager, Sales, we rely on you to:
- Implements sales action plans related to respective market(s) and account portfolio
- Works closely with the Business Development team in increasing share from existing accounts
- Supports and executes group wide sales initiatives
- Participates in development of the Area Sales Plan, budget and market audits, and implements corresponding sales action plans with the Business Conversion sales team.
- Supports the development and maintenance of the client database and all other sales systems. Establishes and maintains up-to-date client profiles in all relevant systems.
- Performs all duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management
We are looking for someone who:
- Minimum Dipoma in Hotel Management and/or Sales & Marketing
- At least 3 years of relevant Managerial experience
- Good communication and people management skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Able to communicate priorities and drives departmental goals and results
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
