• Developsannualtrainingplanforgeneralskills,knowledge,languages,andareasforimprovementbasedontheresultoftrainingneedanalysisandrevisewhenneeded.Conducttrainingsessionswithqualifiedtrainingskillsandcoachingskills.
• Assistsinidentifyingtrainingneedsforeachdepartment.Andreviewmonthlydepartmentaltrainingplan.
• MaintainseffectiveinternalcommunicationwithDept.Heads.
• Supporthotelauditswithessentialtrainingrecordsandfollowcompanypolicyaswellaslocalauthorityguidelineintrainingrelatedarea.
• AssiststheDHRinadministeringHRpoliciesandprocedures,promotingcompanycultureandcreatingalearningenvironment,andassistingallotherHRrelatedactivitiesandprograms.
• Practicesandrole-modelstheShangri-LaCulture.
