Pool Attendant - Six Senses Crans-Montana

As Pool Attendant, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
* Ensure pool deck, furniture, showers, and surrounding areas are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
* Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly.
* Maintain poolside restrooms and changing areas in line with hygiene standards.
* Replace and neatly arrange towels throughout the day.
* Keep towel station fully stocked and organized.
* Request and manage inventory of towels and other poolside amenities.
* Greet guests warmly and assist them with towels and poolside needs.
* Ensure a high level of guest service and anticipate guest needs before being asked.
* Proactively address any guest concerns or pass them along to the supervisor if needed.
* Maintain an orderly environment by arranging pool furniture, collecting unattended items, and ensuring clear walkways.
* Report any hazards or incidents immediately to the supervisor.
* Follow all safety protocols, including use of non-slip mats, safety signs, and pool safety rules.
* Monitor and report any issues with pool facilities or equipment.
* Assist with preparation and clean-up of poolside events or activities.
* Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are followed as per standards.
* Ensure all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition.
* Carry out when required stock count, both retail and professional stock.
* Report lost and found items and submit guest incident reports to the Management.
* Update the communications book of my department on daily events if any.
* Attend meetings and training as required by supervisors.
* Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
* Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
Qualifications
To execute the position of Pool Attendant, I must have the required skills/documentation:
* Swiss nationality or EU nationality
* Fluent in English; and French
