Resort Manager, St Anton - Ski Season 2026/27

Experience a winter in one of the most iconic ski resorts in the world as a Resort Manager in St Anton with Skiworld. Combine your managerial experience with your ski season knowledge to keep our collection of five chalets running as smoothly as a well-oiled chairlift on a powder day!

Note: This role in St Anton is only available to EU passport holders.

As a Skiworld Resort Manager in St Anton, you’ll be the driving force behind the resort operations. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to build on previous ski season experience and lead a team of 15 staff to success. And yes, you can ski almost every day!

You’ll work to keep your team motivated and fulfilled while delivering exceptional service to our Skiworld guests, resutling in hitting budget and customer satisfaction targets.

Ski season employment is from mid-November up until the end of April so you should be available to work throughout this period.

Essential Attributes:

• Proven customer service experience


• Previous ski season experience


• Previous staff management experience


• Adaptability and resilience under pressure


• Highly motivated and able to motivate others


• Strong communication skills and good public speaker


• Valid EU Passport


• Full clean driving licence
