Professional level and mindset appropriate for Head Chef II (MBO-4 / HBO level)
Proven experience as a head chef or independent chef at a comparable level
Knowledge of and affinity for Georgian cuisine
Experience coordinating and managing kitchen operations
Ability to handle stress, quality-oriented, and capable of working independently
Strong organizational skills
Employment conditions
Full-time employment (38 hours per week)
Gross salary: €3,400 – €3,900 per month (depending on experience)
Salary above the standard hospitality industry collective labor agreement (CAO)
Market-competitive contract
