We are strengthening our team with the position of:

Spa Receptionist (M/F)
Responsibilities:

Ensure Spa reception service, providing a personalized and excellent welcome experience;
Manage bookings and oversee the guest journey within the Spa;
Provide detailed information about treatments, products, and available experiences;
Actively promote Spa services and products;
Coordinate therapists’ schedules and optimize space occupancy;
Handle special requests, complaints, and suggestions with a focus on guest satisfaction;
Ensure the preparation and organization of the reception and welcome areas;
Work closely with therapy teams and other departments;
Ensure compliance with the quality and service standards defined by the company.

À propos de vous

Requirements:

Certified training in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Wellness, or related fields;
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality or renowned spas;
Good knowledge of management software (preferably Host), Outlook, and Office 365;
Fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages will be highly valued;
Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail;
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and customer-oriented mindset;
Interest in wellness, spa, and therapy areas;
Dynamic, proactive, and autonomous profile.
