* Completed education in hotel management
* Proven experience in a similar position in a comparable luxury hospitality environment
* Strong leadership skills and a genuine team player
* Excellent command of English and at least one additional language (German or French)
* Confident, professional and authentic manner - both verbally and in written communication
* In-depth knowledge of the local culture and offerings is a major advantage
* Thorough understanding of all front desk and concierge operations
* Outstanding organisational skills and a structured approach to work
* Sensitivity to situations and people - able to anticipate needs and act proactively
