We are seeking a warm, versatile individual to join our intimate team at our boutique property in Polignano a Mare. In this hybrid role combining reception, guest relations, and concierge tasks, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring every guest feels like a cherished friend. You’ll greet guests, assist with local recommendations, help with nightly turndown service, and occasionally pitch in with common area upkeep and tidying up, all with a personal touch. We want someone who’s excited to immerse themselves in Polignano, passionate about hospitality, and ready to create a homey, cozy atmosphere. We are looking for someone who is naturally warm, welcoming, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people. The ideal candidate is proactive, flexible, and takes pride in noticing the small details that make a guest feel comfortable and cared for. As a small boutique property, every team member wears many hats. No task is too big or too small, whether helping a guest arrange a special experience, assisting with luggage, preparing for evening turndown service, or ensuring the common spaces look beautiful throughout the day.
- Fluent English required
- Italian strongly preferred
- Additional languages are a plus
- Comfortable communicating professionally by email, WhatsApp, phone, and in person
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
- Happy to assist across multiple areas of the property
- Langues requises: Italien et Anglais.
