Created from an impeccable restoration of four Georgian Townhouses, the 142-bedroom and suite hotel is arranged around two 18th Century style gardens. The Merrion Hotel has partnered with Flow Hospitality Training to provide a bespoke learning management system for all of our team members. The Merrion is the first hotel in Ireland to provide accredited and tailor made training via Flow Hospitality Training.
The Merrion, one of Dublin's finest luxury hotels, is recruiting for an experienced Receptionist.
This is an exciting role where every day is different! As one of the first team members that our guests engage with, our Receptionists extend the Merrion welcome with a smile whilst offering a smooth and professional check in procedure. You will meet guests from all over the world and can be confident that they will experience only the finest product and service during their stay.
This is a fantastic opportunity to either begin or continue your career in one of the Leading Hotels of the World. Working with a professional and welcoming Team you will be part of creating Merrion Moments for our guests and colleagues with your main duties including:
* The check in and check out of guests
* Cashiering
* Completing various administrative shift duties
* Make guest keys
* Assisting guests with inquiries
* Assist with Switchboard duties if required
