  • Playing steering role in ensuring operation efficiency of Rooms Division covering Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, Security, Spa and Wellness, ensuring seamless integration and flawless execution. Personalize every guest touchpoint from pre-arrival to departure, upholding Forbes Five-Star and MICHELIN Key standards.
  • Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, cost control, yield optimization, and RevPAR growth.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing, multicultural team; foster engagement, accountability, and career development.
  • Partner with Sales, F&B, Revenue, and Engineering on cross-functional strategy and unified guest delivery.
  • Ensure full compliance with all safety, security, and brand standards; oversee audits and quality assurance.

  • • The Director of Rooms position is on an Expat package, snapshot below. • Level: Executive Committee (expatriate) • Package: Up to HK$1.2M per annum (Gross) (approx. GBP114K); and approx. 15% tax in HK. Housing Allowance and with annual discretionary bonus • Leave: 20 days Annual Leave and 17 days Public Holiday per annum together with 2 days day off per week • Medical Coverage: Medical insurance including hospitalization, general consultation, specialist treatment and dental insurance for you and your dependents. Accident Insurance for the colleague. • Other Benefits: Reporting and repatriation allowance. Annual return Flight for you and your dependents back to your home destination and Education Allowance for kids who study in Hong Kong

  • Solid, demonstrable exposure as a senior hospitality leader within award-winning ultra-luxury and lifestyle hospitality brands. You have held similar Director of Rooms / EAM Rooms positions in properties that are globally recognized for their service excellence.
  • Proven international experience across ultra-luxury resorts and lifestyle hotels in first-tier metropolitan cities (international or Asian markets). Understanding the nuances of a sophisticated, globally mobile clientele.
  • A proven track record of successfully navigating and leading teams through all critical operational phases.
  • Deep, demonstrable knowledge of Leading Hotels of the World standards and a proven ability to achieve and maintain a ultra-luxury
  • A proven ability to build highly engaged, stable teams in a demanding luxury environment, with a low turnover track record and a reputation for mentorship and development.
  • An impeccable personal track record of consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences at the highest level of luxury, with a keen eye for detail and anticipatory service.
