At The Social Hub, we are committed to the growth and development of people. Therefore, the People Experience department is providing an internship position for a talented Learning & Development passionate in our TSH Academy (Learning & Development team) from September 2026 for 5 to 12 months.

As an L&D Intern, you will be part of the TSH Academy team whose mission is to support the growth and development of all TSH employees. We are working on exciting projects where you have the opportunity to support in the set up and evaluation of training initiatives, as well as assist with the design to improve the effectiveness of existing trainings. You will work directly with the Training Specialists to help drive impactful learning experiences, support program coordination, and collaborate on new projects that help reach our organizational goals. This is a great learning opportunity to gain a broad insight into the Learning & Development industry!

What You’ll Do
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops for team members across all levels of the organization.
- Leverage our new Learning Management System (LMS) and support with the implementation of new processes, creation of automations and troubleshooting where needed to optimize training coordination.
- Schedule and organize training sessions, such as global onboardings, from A to Z. This includes coordination, organizing speakers, arranging equipment, managing invites and the registration process, making room bookings etc.
- Support the creation and development of learning materials such as slide decks, e-learning modules, and other resources to enhance learning experiences.
- Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to help assess program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Participate and support in ongoing team projects.
- Conduct research on current L&D trends to help keep our team informed and innovative.
Who You Are
- You are following a bachelor's or Master's in the direction of Hospitality, Education, Organizational Psychology, HR or similar within the EU.
- You must be enrolled as a student for the entire duration of the internship.
- You are fluent in English both written and spoken.
- You are a person with a curious mind and consider yourself tech-savvy and someone who picks up new systems with ease.
- Interacting with people is your thing!
- You have a strong attention to detail and a critical eye.
- You consider yourself pro-active and have a hands-on mentality.
- You love letting your creativity flow and you’re eager to share your ideas.
- Helping people develop service and people skills and supporting their growth is something that makes you tick.
- You’re available for a minimum of 5 months starting in September 2026.
- You’re flexible to travel to the Amsterdam office 2-3 days per week. (travel costs are not reimbursed)
