We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Learning and Development Manager to join our team at The Stafford London Hotel.

About the role, what will I be doing?
Creating engaging workshops on our E-learning platform and ensuring the system is up to date
Delivering train-the-trainer sessions
Creating learning materials for all roles and levels and delivering courses on key topics
Leading Induction sessions for our new starters
Delivering leadership training to ensure managers have the expertise to support our teams
Working with our apprenticeship providers and ensuring students are well supported whilst with us
Supporting our Management teams to Identify top talent and create training and succession plans for future stars
Coordinating suppliers or third-party training providers. You’ll be the point of contact to organise their sessions and ensure the appropriate team members attend
Our Benefits includes:
Annual salary of £46,000 (the amount is inclusive of basic salary and service charge)
28 days holiday with increase after 1st year of service, capped at 33 days

Who are we looking for?
2+ years in an HR or Training role within a hospitality setting
Extensive onsite experience, whether on the floor or in a kitchen, so you can understand how the operation works
Keen eye for detail and expertise in delivering impeccable brand and service standards
Confidence in delivering group and individual training sessions
Proven success in effectively developing people through coaching, mentoring, feedback and writing personal development plans
Good understanding of adult learning theories and inclusive learning theories
Previous experience devising and delivering training interventions, including some experience working with digital learning solutions
2+ years in an HR or Training role within a hospitality setting
Extensive onsite experience, whether on the floor or in a kitchen, so you can understand how the operation works
Keen eye for detail and expertise in delivering impeccable brand and service standards
Confidence in delivering group and individual training sessions
Proven success in effectively developing people through coaching, mentoring, feedback and writing personal development plans
Good understanding of adult learning theories and inclusive learning theories
