Tridente Collection è alla ricerca di un/a Segretario/a di ricevimento turnante per nostra struttura alberghiera, sita nel cuore di Roma.
La risorsa si occuperà di:
· garantire un servizio di accoglienza ed assistenza dedicata all’Ospite, curando check-in e check-out.
· fornire informazioni sui vari servizi forniti dalla struttura nonché in merito a manifestazioni culturali, itinerari turistici, suggerimenti enogastronomici della città;
· adempiere tutte le attività amministrative riguardanti la Reception.
Il candidato/a ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
· Pregressa esperienza nel medesimo ruolo in strutture 4-5 stelle;
· Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e, preferibilmente, di una seconda lingua straniera;
· Conoscenza dei software di gestione alberghiera, costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza del gestionale Protel;
· Spiccate doti organizzative e comunicative;
· Capacità di lavorare in team e attitudine al problem solving;
· Disponibilità full time a lavorare su turni anche notturni e nei weekend.
Si offre un contratto iniziale a tempo determinato, con concrete possibilità di stabilizzazione; inquadramento commisurato all'esperienza secondo il contratto collettivo del CCNL Turismo - Confcommercio.
