Om dig och din roll
Du har passion för yrket och råvaror samt är bra på att samarbeta. Du sporras av ett högt tempo samt höga krav. Vi ser gärna att du har tidigare erfarenhet inom italienska köket. All mat tillagas från grunden med ingredienser från Italien, Sverige.
Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden som Pasta kock:
Förbereda såser och mise en place
Tillagning av pasta- och risottorätter
Tillagning av antipasti & desserter
Upprätthålla kvalitets- och hygienstandarder
Samarbete med köksteamet
Dessa uppgifter kräver uppmärksamhet på detaljer, förmåga att hantera tid och förmågan att arbeta effektivt i en fartfylld miljö för att konsekvent producera utsökta pastarätter
