We are seeking engaging, energetic and passionate Island Guides to become the personal host for guests staying on our exclusive private island. Unlike a traditional Butler, our Island guide role is inspired by the role of a private safari guide. You will introduce guests to the island through meaningful experiences, authentic conversations and genuine hospitality. As an Island Guide, you will be the primary point of contact for the guests throughout their stay. You’ll get to know who they are, what inspires them and how they like to spend their time, then thoughtfully curate experiences that exceed their expectations. While you won’t spend every moment with your guests, you will always be available to them, anticipating their needs, coordinating their next experiences and ensuring they feel genuinely cared for from arrival to departure.
Previous experience in luxury hospitality, guiding, expedition travel, guest hosting, outdoor recreation or tourism is advantageous, but above all, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, passion and genuine desire to create extraordinary guest experiences.
Your Role:
• To conduct comprehensive pre arrival villa checks and personalised guest preferences.
• Welcome guests on arrival and become their dedicated Island Guide throughout their stay.
• Build genuine, lasting relationships through warm, authentic interactions.
• Design personalised itineraries that reflect each guest’s interests and pace.
• Host island walks, nature experiences, excursions and unique island activities like padel, kayaking,
• Share stories about the island, its wildlife, marine environment, culture and conservation efforts.
• Coordinate seamlessly with all departments to deliver effortless guest experiences.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with confidence, creativity and attention to detail.
• Be readily available throughout the guest’s stay, providing support, recommendations and assistance
whenever required.
• Create memorable moments that guests will remember long after they leave.

We are looking for personality as much as experience, you are someone who:
• Loves being around people and naturally builds meaningful connections.
• Has a warm smile, positive energy and infectious enthusiasm.

• Has a natural affinity for island life and outdoor adventure
• Can highlight any special skills or standout talents such as being a certified instructor (e.g., yoga, tennis,
diving), musically talented (vocally or instrumentally), a photographer, or similar.
• Is fluent in English and speaks at least one additional language
• Takes pride in creating memorable experiences for others.
• A genuine passion for nature, wildlife, conservation, sustainability, and the island environment is essential.
Detailed knowledge can be acquired through training; however, a strong personal interest and enthusiasm for
sharing these topics with guests are fundamental to the role.

• Is confident working independently while collaborating with a wider team.
• Thrives in a luxury hospitality environment where no two days are the same.
You don't need to have all of these. We're looking for interesting people with genuine passions who enjoy creating unforgettable guest experiences.
