We are looking for a talented and ambitious Head Chef to lead our kitchen and play a key role in shaping an exciting food offering. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef who wants creative freedom, leadership responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact within a growing hospitality business.

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for driving kitchen standards, creating exceptional menus, leading and inspiring the team, and ensuring every dish leaves the kitchen to the highest standard. We are looking for someone who brings energy, fresh ideas, and a hands-on leadership style.

This role is perfect for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong teams, and takes pride in delivering memorable guest experiences. À propos de vous

General Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop kitchen teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and modern culinary techniques.
  • Ability to create seasonal menus, specials, and cost-effective dishes while maintaining quality.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and kitchen compliance standards.
  • Skilled in stock control, ordering, supplier management, and waste reduction.
  • Good financial awareness, including food cost control, labour management, and budgeting.
  • Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Hands-on approach with high standards of cleanliness, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods when required.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications preferred.


  • Langue requise: Anglais. Albanais, Croate, Italien et Espagnol sont un plus
