Casa sol restaurant&lounge

Casa Sol is part of a family-run group of three restaurants in Split, built over thirteen years: Chops Grill Steak & Seafood (2013), Portofino (2017) and Casa Sol (2026).
We run our venues the way we would want to work in them: clear standards, an owner who is present on the floor, and enough autonomy for department heads to actually run their department. We hire people who care about the detail and we keep them.
Casa Sol is our most ambitious project — a premium restaurant and lounge with a Mediterranean-Asian fusion kitchen, built for an international guest profile on one of the most competitive stretches of the Adriatic.
