Our family company operates succesfully in the Swiss market with various catering concepts since the early 90s. Dinner Theatres "around the world" is at the Ethno Food concepts in focus. Whether Asian, Australian or new even South American, strong concepts in good locations are the recipe for success of our dynamic company. We currently operate with about 500 employees 25 companies spread over cities of Zurich, Bern, Basel, Zug and Winterthur. The concepts are surrounding the Nooch Asian Kitchen, Negichi Sushi Bar, the Outback Lodge, and the the Butcher makes up the largest part of our portfolio.
