Gegründet 1898 durch Ambrosius Hiltl ist das Haus Hiltl das erste (Guinness World Records Auszeichnung) und führende (eigener Anspruch) vegetarische Restaurant der Welt. Heute wird das Unternehmen in 4. Generation durch die Familie Hiltl geführt und ist weit über Zürich und die Schweizer Landesgrenzen hinaus bekannt. Von früh morgens bis spät nachts kommen die Gäste in gesunden Hiltl-Genuss – nicht nur im Stammhaus an der Sihlstrasse, sondern auch ausser Haus in der Hiltl Dachterrasse an der Bahnhofstrasse, in der Hiltl Sihlpost direkt beim Hauptbahnhof Zürich, im Hiltl Langstrasse oder der Pflanzbar im Blumen Krämer. Aber auch an einem öffentlichen oder privaten Anlass des Catering-Teams oder direkt am Zürichsee in den Badis Mythenquai und Kilchberg. Die Hiltl Köstlichkeiten gibt es auch für zu Hause: Im Hiltl Laden mit der ersten Vegi-Metzg der Schweiz.

Also a new, younger clientele are discovering a modern approach to healthy eating, with our café, bar and takeaway. In the new Haus Hiltl every guest can find just the right thing at a reasonable price, and can take their time eating. This includes everything from a quick vegetarian snack on the traditional Hiltl buffet to culinary highlights in a sophisticated atmosphere.
