Stirling Hospitality is the on-shore hotel asset management and investment advisory division of C.H. Stirling.

SH represents the interests of hotel owners and investors by providing strategies to maximize hotel value via the provision of the following services:
development advisory;
pre-opening services;
operational asset management; and
acquisition and disposition expertise.
SH has a proven track record of advising and executing on the development of new hotel properties, the repositioning of existing hotel assets, as well as devising hotel investment strategies aimed at maximising returns.
SH currently oversees a hotel portfolio with a valuation in excess of Three Billion Dirhams. Managed assets are spread across all segments including city-centre flagships hotels, branded residences, destination resorts and mid-market urban properties.
